Brain Brilliance
In Brain Brilliance you’ll be surrounded by others who are uniquely gifted. As out-of-the-box, non-linear thinkers, we dance to the beat of our own drum, often following our interests wherever they may lead, and easily losing track of time when fully engrossed in a project. We’re learning to accept and work with our neuro-spicy ways.
Each week we come together to offer each other connection and compassion in a world where we’re not completely understood. Navigating life as a neurodivergent person can feel difficult at best. Surrounding yourself with people who “get you”, and understand your unique challenges can level the playing field.
We’d love for you to check us out and join the conversation.

1:1 Coaching
There are times in life when we just need a bit of help. Someone to come alongside and shed some light on what may be impacting us the most in the present moment. Whether you’re struggling with ADHD tendencies, a tricky relationship, setting and achieving your goals, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, or any other of the myriad of human challenges, coaching can help.
Shaun has the unique ability to listen deeply and hear between the lines. What’s not said is often just as important as what’s spoken. Part of her non-linear giftedness is in her ability to co-regulate with you. From nervous system to nervous system, she comes alongside you to meet your energy where it’s at, then by managing her nervous system you can receive the gradual adjustments that take place throughout your call. Believing that each client ultimately knows what’s best, she asks intuitive questions to help guide you toward your own best solution. During this process, you will often experience feeling seen and heard. The immediate outcome is often a feeling of relief. From this place of relief, you’re able to move forward in a healthier state.

ADHD Resources
No matter where you are on the path to better understanding ADHD and ADHD tendencies, there’s always more to learn. Our knowledge of ADHD is constantly evolving. Now that so many individuals are sharing their personal experiences on social media, talking about ADHD has become much more normalized and accepted. Fantastic! That being said, there can be information overload. There can be so much information out there it can be hard to know where to start.
Our resource guide pulls together by topic all the information shared in this group over the past 4 years. If you have questions about ADHD, this is the place to go.

Who is Shaun Roney?
Hi! I’m Shaun Roney, a Certified ADHD and Life Coach, but more importantly…
a Human Design 2/4 Emotional Generator with Hope Motivation, a deep diver of Gene Keys, a Christian by faith who’s fascinated by Astrology, and has a Gemini Sun, Leo Moon and Rising Aries.
A Jane-of-all-trades, nature and animal lover, creative entrepreneur and reformed DIYer, tech enthusiast and early adopter, former Marketing Director, inventor, dance instructor/studio owner, mother to an adult daughter and son, bonus mom to 3 adult children from anotha’ motha’. I was married for 32 years before making the difficult decision to leave my marriage and throw myself onto the path of self-discovery. Those are the tips of those icebergs. Each has a myriad of stories.
I’m a human who is curious beyond all get out, holds tightly to compassion, and believes each one of us is here to play our part in changing the world for the better.
I share all of this so that you might see that we’re often more alike than we are different. There just might be something about your story that is similar to mine. This life is a wild journey and I believe ultimately we’re all just walking each other home.
Side note - I was also diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive type when I was 40. But that my friend is just a label, and the least of who I am. Trust me, I get it. Some days are HARD. But they don’t have to define you.
I’m glad you’re here.
